Deposit
Online payment lands instantly via card / transfer / USSD, or an offline transfer reaches the MOSI Nigeria holding account.
- Stage 02
Reconcile
Mercy matches each deposit to the donor's profile. Anything ambiguous goes to a needs-review inbox before it ever counts.
- Stage 03
Acknowledge
A personalised email or WhatsApp confirmation is generated and sent — every reference traces back to the original deposit.
- Stage 04
Sign-off
At month-end, Accounting proposes a remittance batch. Accounting Assurance independently reviews and signs off before transfer.
- Stage 05
Vomperberg confirms
The bank executes the SWIFT transfer; Grals-Verwaltung confirms receipt; the batch is closed and the impact ledger updates.
